The Library initiated BOL – an Electronic Discussion List, in January 2000, as the partner project of Global Reproductive Health Forum network of the Department of Population and International Health, Harvard School of Public Health in Boston, USA on Gender Issues in South Asia.
BOL Aims to bring together individuals and organisations at the local, national and global levels to create a common interactive forum on gender issues.
