ICSSR Doctoral Fellowship Programme in Women’s and Gender Studies:
CWDS has been offering six ICSSR Institutional doctoral fellowships in Women’s and Gender Studies since 2013-2014. Between 2013 and 2018 five batches have been awarded the fellowships comprising candidates both from the AUD-CWDS Collaborative M.Phil/Ph.D. Programme of the country. After formal approval from the ICSSR, each selected candidate is assigned in Women’s and Gender Studies and other universities from different part a CWDS faculty as co-supervisor based on expertise and research interest of individual members. So far 3 ICSSR fellows have been awarded their doctorates and 2 have submitted their thesis.
